Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – Available for all U.S. states.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – Available at an additional cost.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note, due to legal regulations, we do not ship Kratom to the following U.S. states or counties:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin
  • San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), and Union County (MS)

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at support@dirtypawskratom.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
