By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we suspect underage use or fraudulent activity.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

Our products are sold as botanical specimens for research, ornamental, soap-making, incense, or other lawful non-consumption purposes. Products are not sold for human consumption. Statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You assume all risk and responsibility for any use of our products. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any botanical product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

We do not ship to any jurisdiction where the sale, possession, or use of our products is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin. We also do not ship to certain restricted counties and municipalities, including but not limited to: Sarasota County (FL), San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MS), Union County (MS), Ascension Parish (LA), Franklin Parish (LA), and Rapides Parish (LA).

It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction. Orders placed from restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded. We will not be held liable for any orders shipped to addresses where the customer misrepresented their location.

International customers are responsible for verifying the legality of importing our products into their country. We may decline international orders at our discretion.

4. Product Quality & Lab Testing

All products are sourced from reputable Indonesian growers and tested by independent third-party laboratories (Murray-Brown Laboratories) for alkaloid content, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request and via QR codes printed on our packaging. While we take quality seriously, no guarantee of effect or outcome is made or implied.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed only after payment has been received and verified. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing or product description errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted.

Discount codes are subject to terms specific to each promotion and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. One-time-use codes are honored once per customer per order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee. Express shipping is available at additional cost. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, we will assist with carrier claims but are not obligated to issue a replacement or refund for confirmed-delivered packages.

Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details. In summary: due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been opened or used. Defective, damaged, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund to be considered.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for any violation of these Terms.
